Extra Firm tofu is marinated in plant based yogurt, paprika, garlic, and liquid aminos, then baked until golden. it’s tossed with noodles and Stir fried vegetables in a scratch made sauce of veggie broth, maple syrup, rice vinegar, hoisin, garlic, ginger, peppers, hot sauce, sesame seeds, and a corn starch slurry for the perfect glossy finish. Packaged in a compostable half pan container, this dish serves 8-10 as a centerpiece entree or 12-14 as a side for holiday gatherings.
