At Veggilanties, we lovingly craft and deliver fresh, fiber-forward foods and wellness products throughout El Paso. Because our items are perishable, handmade, and personal in nature, all refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We’re here to help — and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
🥗 Food Products
Our food is designed to nourish and support your system — and yes, it’s intentionally fiber‑forward. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for taste preferences or natural digestive responses that can occur when increasing fiber or introducing new plant‑based foods.
If there is ever a quality concern, or if we make a delivery or fulfillment error, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review the situation with you directly and, when appropriate, provide a credit or a redelivery to make things right.

💄 Beauty & Wellness Products
We accept returns on beauty and wellness items within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- No more than ⅛ of the product has been used
- The item is in its original packaging
- You include a brief note explaining why the product didn’t work for you
We want to understand your experience so we can improve — and we appreciate your honesty.
🎁 Gifts, Sale Items & Custom Orders
- Gift items may be eligible for store credit if returned in unused condition
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective
🚚 Coordinating Returns
Because we deliver locally, any approved return or exchange will be coordinated directly with you. We’ll work together to schedule a pickup or redelivery that fits your availability.
📦 Shipping Returns (if applicable)
If a return requires shipping, you’ll be responsible for the cost unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service for higher-value items.
