Because our items are perishable, handmade, and personal in nature, all refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our food is designed to nourish and support your system — and yes, it’s intentionally fiber‑forward. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for taste preferences or natural digestive responses that can occur when increasing fiber or introducing new plant‑based foods.

If there is ever a quality concern, or if we make a delivery or fulfillment error, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review the situation with you directly and, when appropriate, provide a credit or a redelivery to make things right.
